Bottle. Light golden with big white head creamy head. Wheat, gooseberries, Brett with some pineapple but also sweat, lemon, oak, sour starfruit, creamy dough. Medium sweet, a bit less sour, light bitter. Medium bodied, a bit creamy feel. Lovely.

Bottle shared with the missus. Onsite at Boerenerf. Misted gold with a well appointed white froth. Rustic saison with layers of herb and soft oak funk. Super clean. Disappeared quick sharp.

Small if resistent snowwhite head with some lace over hazed golden beer. Floral, soft lambic Bretts, lemon/lime, lactic acid, very soft horseblanket. The oats are even in the flavour, soft lemon with very little acidity, lactic, whitecurrant, cornoil and maizesugars. Quite slick, "thick" for a lambic based beer, good carbonation. Quite unsettling (in the best possible way) on the fence between saison and lambic - and on the border of Be and NL? Lovable. Txs to Stef!

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, frothy white head. Aeoma: Spicy, subtle funky. Taste: Nice and pretty complex mix of spicy Saison, Brett funk, oak wood, light to moderate tartness, citrus fruit, tannins and some old hop and floral hints. Dry finish with quite a lot of wood and tannins. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice blend.
