Doggo bottle art! Crisp upfront, nice farmy hinted nose, light grapefruit and cheesey notes. Light Brett.

Smells like the wet dog on the cover. The beer starts sourish dry. Horse blanket and wet dog. Very dry, fruity. Mild, sour but a bit mouldy. Strange mouldy aftertaste.

Light haze, pale, and thin head. This has a lot of bugs to it, maybe some leather, and then there's a stone fruit accent. It's a bit thin because of the lambic, a bit of oak.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma has plenty of funk, rustic wild yeast, and plenty of oak. Flavour is much the same, with lots of rustic wild yeast, barnyard funk, oak, and a touch of white pepper. Funky, oaky, rustic. Good yeast complexity. Excellent.

Poured from a 375 ml bottle, Oogst 2022. Aroma is really nice with balanced notes of earthy, herbal mustiness, along with a light floral note, a bit of a spicy, peppery note and a touch of citrus and stone fruit. Light bready grain notes and a hint of alcohol. Pours a slightly hazy, gold color with a very large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers on the edges. Moderately high lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly acidic with a medium light sweetness and light grain notes. Low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly fruity with notes of lemon lime, stone fruit and green grapes. Hints of herbal, earthy mustiness and peppery phenolics. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid blend of lambic and saison. The aroma was musty with lots of funky, spicy, herbal phenolics while the flavor was much fruitier with lots of citrus and stone fruit. It like two different beers, but both sides of this beer are very enjoyable.
