Pours a near-black deep red. Scent is intense, syrupy cherry smooth intensity. Some vanilla. Taste is smooth, intense, thick juicy cherry (boiled cherries) . Sweet, with a nice fruit-acidity to balance things out. Vanilla underneath, providing the needed complexity. A surprisingly easy drinker-sipper. Smooth !

Bottle, 750 ml, shared with Max, kajser27, Miro B and Krešo. Vintage 2019. Ruby, no head. Lots of cherries, honey, dense, medium sweetness, tart finish, juicy. Medium bodied. Tad warming. Nice and not too sweet.
