330 ml bottle, batch #116, from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes. ABV is 4.7%. Deep golden colour, small white head. Strong aroma of dominant pineapple, weaker notes of yuzu. The citric flavour has noticeable yuzu, but the pineapple is still dominant. Medium sour, minimal bitterness.

GYK 240820. Deep golden color with a white head. Aroma is pineapple, yuzu , sourness. Flavor is yogurt, sourness, pineapple, lemon, citrus, bread. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. It pours a clear golden colored body under a small white head. The aroma has lots of pineapple, feeling a bit artificial though, with some citrus and a faint sourish scent. It's tart on the palate, nicely carbonated and medium bodied, with lots of yoghurt and bread dough in the flavor. Citrus, pineapple and a candy-ish touch. Not really sweet though. Lasting finish with a good tartness. Far from my kind of beer, way too yoghurt-ish and doughy. Besides that it's interesting. 200824
