Keg at Habitat, Trondheim. Slightly funky, lambic nose. More wheat than wit, but on the whole not too thick and sickly as can be the case. Decent enough if a bit sour.

On tap at Bryggerifestivalen. It pours a lightly hazy yellow-golden body under a minimalistic white head. The aroma has pale malts, banana and an earthy funk. It's medium bodied and dry on the palate, decently carbonated and very gently bittered. Banana and generic fruityness in the flavor, with bready pale malts in the back. Short finish. A bit dull and non-typical this one, not a favorite. Not at all. 240802

Draught, kindly shared by yngwie at Bryggerifestivalen 2024. Late straw coloured body, hazy, covering white head, spotty lacing. Moderately spiced fruity nose. Yeasty fruitiness to the taste buds added by spices on a backbone of wheat. Mid-dry fruity ending. Refreshing. (Trondheim, 02.08.2024).

Shared 750 ml bottle. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Typical witbier aroma of coriander and orange peel. Wheaty and citric flavour, moderate notes of coriander and orange peel, also hints of cloves. .

Fra 0,75 flaske på RBHD-samling hos Asle Bjørn, okt-18: klar strågylden med ok skum. Duft og smak av nybakte småkaker, kokos, sommerblomster, krydderkake, honning og bringbær. Mild og behagelig bitterhet i avslutningen.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Askje 13.10.18. Pale, yellow straw colour. Dense and persistent head and lacing. Decent aroma of wheat and coriander. Similar taste. Good and very true to style. Fine carbonation and mouthfeel
