500 ml bottle, batch #2581, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.5%, IBU 30. Moderately hazy brown to red colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of beech-smoked malts, over-ripe dark berries, raisins, smoked salmon and smoked meat. Light bodied for its strength. Smoky flavour with the same elements as the aroma, but not extreme.

Tap at Indewildeman, Amsterdam, 14th September 22. Pours a clear copper. Aroma is smoked meats, caramel. Taste is smoky, meaty, sweet, some caramel. Lovely

100ml draught at Nøgne Ø Bar, Bryggerifestivalen, third day. Amber body, hazy, low pearl white head, fair lacing. Smoked malty aromas, sausage impression, promising. Malt-driven flavours, smoke, ham, and bread-like malts. Smoked malty end, mid-sweet. Well bodied. Quite suitable for me. (Trondheim 30.07.2022).
