The assemblage uses select sweet and sharp apple varieties grown in the orchards of Brittany and Normandy. Once their pure juice has been naturally combined we allow only a short fermentation, stopped by careful temperature control, before the sugars can turn into alcohol. The result is 100% pure juice cider.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Sparkling hazy golden. Aroma of stable and apple juice. Sweet with light body and spritzy mouthfeel. Some depth and muskyness, so definitely more to it than pure apple juice. No bitterness.

Golden colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is cheap apple juice and that's about it. Flavour is refreshing apple juice with some sugary sweet tones.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours brilliant amber, transparent, with medium grained white foam. Aroma is intense of ripe apple, a little towards soda. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly sweet. Final is average.

330ml bottle from Sainsbury's, Darlington. Bright golden colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, juice, straw, caramel. Taste is sweet, appley, juicy, ripe apple, with some acidity, sugary, syrupy, and slight caramel hint. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet & drying finish. Quite OK.

Surprisingly nice. Clear golden pour with a small white head. Ripe apples with a slightly tart finish. Enjoyed it - better than some of the alcoholic ciders I had.
