Draught@TCBW2023. Yellowish golden colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is floral, some grapes, mild catpissy and a bit tart wooden tones. Flavour is pretty much having the same elements as the aroma in a nice balance.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic wild yeast, gentle bugs, and pungent oak. Flavour is full of pungent oak, wild yeast and rustic farmhouse notes. Complex and wild, with an oaky finish. Excellent.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: almost clear blonde with a white head. Aroma: fresh, crispy, some bugs. Taste: same, balanced. Overall: good one.
