This is an IPA so packed we flavor that we couldn't brew it alone! Our friends from Fiden's Brewing Co. (Colonie, NY) helped create this recipe with two fantastic ingredients from New Zealand: Nelson Sauvin hops and dried Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The result is ridiculous! Loaded with notes of gooseberry from the hops, passionfruit from the fermentation, and white grape from the grapes!

473ml. can. @home, 20/10/2023 [#6.799 Global - #1.169 United States of America - #2 Sapwood Cellars Brewery] Pours hazy golden with a lasting white head. Mostly lacing. Aroma: confectionery, pine, ripe tropical fruits and dank hops. Taste: dank, papaya, bubblegum and fresh pine. Balanced sweetness. Next one please!

Can picked up from Kihoskh and drunk at home (20/10/2023) - Lots of antipodean goodness delivered here in this Sapwood and Fidens collab, tender juicy white grape, crushed gooseberry, pine needles, sweet malty backing, robust dank hoppy finish. Lovely.

7/10/2023. Can shared at Ulfborg. Pours hazy very pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, gooseberry, tropical fruits, citrus, pine, husky notes. Medium sweetness, moderate developing bitterness. Medium body, average to soft carbonation. Drying finish. Good.

ABV: 7.3%. ✅ Murky medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, resin, citrus - grapefruit, gooseberry - grapes, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, wheat, pine - resin, citrus - grapefruit, gooseberry - grapes, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Can @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is ihazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, hops, flowers, malt and citrus. Nice bitter finish.

473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy and slightly fruity, hoppy aroma, yeasty, herbal-spicy overtones, hints of white grapes, gooseberry, mustard seed, dill, grilled onion, underlying tropical fruit. Taste is grassy and fruity hoppy, yeasty spicy, hints of onion, grilled onion, gooseberry, white grapes, a touch of mustard seed. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Strange onion flavours, OK in other respects - meh!
