On tap at Taphouse CPH. Pours clear amber with a beige head. Rustic saisom yeast and blackcurrant on the nose. Flavour has rustic yeast, blackcurrants, a bit grassy and undeeripe. Nicely done.
A clear pinkish red beer, no head. Aroma of sour red grapes, beetroot, brett. Taste of sour red wine, brett, beetroot, dry sour finish.

On tap at The Kernel, pours a mostly clear deep dark pinkish red with a small beige head. Aroma is full of thorny currants, with some gentle wild yeast in back. Flavour wonderfully incorporates the thorny black currants into the base wild/saison-y beer. Deep, dry, balanced and expressive. Very good.

Clear cherry red beer, good bubbly pale magenta head, fizzes away quickly. Airy palate, slightly thin, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Funky mid. Mildly tart Ribena coming through on the back end. Airy semi dry finish. This is a decent blackcurrant beer but there is a vague pukey note, which whilst very mild is, also very distracting.

Big thank you to Marvin for this 0,33 l bottle. BB 15.03.2026. Cloudy red in the glass, small foamy rosé head. Intensive sour cherry and dark berry aroma. Strong tart dark fruity taste, some wood. Slick texture. Very low carbonated. Really nice for that low abv.
Loads of blackcurrant and it’s definitely blackcurrant. Not as much saison or barrel as usual. Quite earthy from the fruit. Good stuff!

Bottle from the brewery Bermondsey and drunk at home. Deep red colour lasting pink head. Blackcurrant and saison aroma. Quite tart from the fruit. Yep pretty good fruit. Decent more fruit beer than saison
