This is the last barrel aged beer we brewed in Blenheim, before uprooting and setting up a new brewery in the North. A 100% spontaneous fermented and barrel aged lambic inspired beer, co-fermented with the equally spontaneous fermented Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc juice from our fine friends at Cirro Wines.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma brett, grapes, lemons, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes brett, grapes, lemon, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart funky aroma. Fruity sour tart funky citrus flavor. Has a fruity sour tart funky finish.

Bottle split at L6, thanks to Daniel, 27/09/18. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is pissy green berries, funk, damp oak, straw, wood must, lemon rind. Taste comprises white grape skins, pissy notes, hay bale, barnyard esters, funk, damp alleyway, vinous twang, white wine barrel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light balanced acidity. Solid.

On tap at Avenue Pub. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is funk, grape skin, floral. Slick body, grape, oak, funk, tart, light dry finish, very nice.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Dan. Light haze on this pale yellowish gold beer. Tiny white head. Light dry palate, good fine carbonation. Thin malts. Good punchy white wine, sweet and sour grapes. Mild vanilla oak. Light crisp finish. Little aceticness. Very nice. Punchy white wine and a little vanilla. No acid. What's not to like?

Bottle shared in London / cheers to Dani. Pours mostly clear gold with minimal creamy white head. Funky and sweaty, some grass, pale wood, lemon. Medium bodied with fine, spritzy carboantion. Quenching finish, more funk, ripe citrus, lemony tang, melon, a touch of woody dryness. Solid.

500ml bottle online from Honest Brew. Pours clear straw pale yellow with a fast diminshing loose white head. Aroma: champagne sour, white grape must, oak. Taste: dry, light sweet, moderate tart, vinous, woody, white grape must, green aple skins, light funk. Light to medium body, very light carb, soft mouthfeel, dry vinous finish. Enjoyed this.
