Bottled (from Ales by Mail). Golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is some zest, grass and mild biscuity and bready malts. Flavour is bitter grass, some floral, fruity and mild bready and biscuity malts with mild toffee too. Mild berries and spruce in the aftertaste. Feels like the hop is on it's way from this one.

Frothy white head stayed on an unclear golden body. Hops, citrus & pale malt aroma. Medium bodied, sharp on the palate with a smooth back. Tangy tasting with lemon, citrus, grapefruit, pith & hops.

650ml bottle. Minimally milky, orangey, pale golden colour with average to huge, foamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Citrusy, zesty, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, hints of grapefruit, lemon zest, slightly biscuity, pale malty background. Taste is dry, punching bitter hoppy, weakly citrusy, zesty, notes of lemon, lemon zest, a mineral and chalky touch. Rather simple with distinctive bitterness.

Hazy gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is perfectly minerally crisp. Thin malts provide a mild sweetness. Light fresh orange and orange peel. Some grapefruit before a crisp finish. Fresh peel bitter linger. A simple but near perfectly pitched APA, so crisp and fruity and refreshing.

Bottle from GT2. Pours crystal clear orange with a small white head that dissipates quickly with good lacing. Aroma is a bit dank, tropical, passion fruit, wet leaves. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, not harsh at all. Medium body. Nice little APA here!

Draft at the brewery taproom - Temecula. Pours clear gold with a moderate, white foam head. Solid beer in every respect. Big, dank citrus abounds with good hits of grapefruit and pee. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with light pine bitterness and further citrusy notes. Outstanding.

Gotta love the artwork reminiscent of the old comix. Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours amber/copper with a 3 finger creamy/foamy off-white/beige head. Authentic cat pee aroma. Makes my nostrils itch. Med body or better. Flavor is extremely citrus, followed by some woody? roasted malt. Fits the style but is way out in front on use of ingredients. Comes across hoppy, dry, smooth, mellow, hoppy! Just excellent.

On tap. Pours with a clear golden hued body with minimal head formation. Aromas are of DMTS (green onions), grassy, and tangerine. Low malt, pretty clean. Flavors are bitter, dry, grassy. Light malt character. Very clean. Low carbonation. Bitterness is a bit strong and lasts on the tongue. Not bad for a brand new brewery. I’m looking forward to trying more beers from these guys despite the low number.
