Draught@TCBW2022. Ruby colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is bourbon, some toffee, mild dried fruits, berries and plum. Flavour is caramel, plum, dried fruits, berries, some alcohol sweetness and also mild spicy yeast to it.

A small taste on tap @ TCBW 2023. Pours dark brown with a low head. Aroma is sweet malts with alcohol and yeast esters. Flavor is sweet malts, dark fruits, esters, alcohol, hops. Quite good.

Superficial festival rating at Brew Festival, Oslo 2022. Saturday session 2. Dark brown almost black body under a small beige head. Aroma of dark malt, some coffee and alcohol. Taste is medium sweet, malty, slightly roasted, some dry fruit and warming alcohol. Fine body with long lasting sweet and slightly boozy aftertaste. Not a typical Quad but quite nice.

Magus, karamelline, linnaseline, leivane, magus, vesine, nats rosinaid, nats rösti, nats alksi ja mõrudust ka lõpus. Viisakas, lihtsam kui päria belglased, aga samas õneks pole ka seda tavalist pärmi räpasust.

Brew Festival 2022. Dark brown color with some beige bubbles. Aroma is roasted burnt malt, cocoa, alcohol, coffee. Flavor is roasted burnt malt, cocoa, alcohol, coffee, chocolate, pine. Nice beer.

On tap at Brew Festival. A dark brown beer with a small dark beige head. The aroma is burnt and perfumed, with roasted malts and some chocolate and coffee. It’s full to medium bodied, pleasantly carbonated, with a nice bitterness too. Sweet flavor with roasted malts, burnt malts and a perfumed touch. Some chocolate and coffee. Quite soft and dry finish. Overall, a decent one, but it feels a bit untidy. 220430
