Bruno is a 4.2 % pilsner brewed to a traditional recipe in Austria. Using a hopping regime of magnum for bittering, perle for aroma and a dry hop of spalter select. A good body for a 4.2% pilsner, bruno has a light malty nose, floral hoppy aroma and is full-bodied, smooth with a delicate lemon sherbet finish.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clissold Wines. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy, pure white head. The aroma has soft buttery notes, pale grains, white bread. Light sweet flavour with a faint citric angle, more pale grains, subtle husky bitterness, doughy biscuits, hay. Light bodied with active carbonation. Finishes with further citric and husky hops, dried grains, bread crust. Fairly mediocre overall.

Tap@URBREW, Bermondsey.
Clear golden color, small steady white head. Crisp, sweet mash aroma. Light-bodied. Quite sweet pils, lots of apple in the flavor. Interesting, clean pils, although a bit too sweet.
