Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of rosehips, malt, and candy sugar. The falvor is sweet with notes of lemons, rosehips, malt, and candy, leading to a tart finish.

33cl bottle from Biiru's Christmas calendar. Pours hazy to muddy orange with a decent, white head. Sour and fruity with plenty of rosehips and hints yeast and citrus peel. Fresh, sour and quite refreshing. --- Beer merged from original tick of 1 Ton Of... Rosehip on 06 Dec 2020 at 17:15 - Score: 7

Pours a orange, very hazy color with a medium white head. A big funky yeasty and rose nose. Fresh fruit, sour notes, husky grainy and big rose. Bizarre. But it works. Big perfume. OK.

Thanks TimM for sharing! Taster showing deep gold with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of clean rose. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Rose forward with clean saison malt and mild tartness.

Can. A- Soapy, bland, citrus. A- Golden orange color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Sour, acidic, perfume, soapy, tart. P- Medium body, creamy texture, flat carbonation, slightly astringent finish. O- I love rosehip tea and looked forward to this. Really disappointed. Soapy, perfumey and astringent. Not a fan at all and perhaps my least favorite To Ol beer.

330ml bottle. Darker creamy orange with some white foam on the top. Nose is tart, bit of lacto and some messed up fruity juice there as well. Not sure if taste actually opens up that rosehip character or not - but it sure is tart, somewhat soft and tart juicy. Fruity and refreshing, tart mouthful. Actually, yes, that's how a plateful of rosehips is supposed to taste like.
