(Draft at Muted Horn, Berlin, 14 May 2026) Dark red colour with foamy, pinkish white head. Fruity nose with notes of cranberries, lingonberries, lemon, red berries and apples. Fruity, tart taste with cranberries, lingonberries, lemon, vanilla and apples. No bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh, fruity and tart. Very nice.

Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2026-05 getrunken. Dieses Sour Ale kommt mit einer recht verhaltenen Säure daher. Was aber so richtig spannend ist, dass neben dem rote Beeren Aroma ein Aroma von weißer Schokolade zu kommt.

Canned 330ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Red/purple coloured, medium sized pinkish head, light cranberries in the nose. Sweet and sourish cranberries and light vanilla taste with sweetish finish.

Canned@Littlepub, Vaasa. Ruby red colour, small pink head. Aroma is cherries and cranberries. Flavour is fruity, some cranberries, cherries and mild toasted tones with some slight tart wood as well.
