750 ml corked & caged dark green bottle, vintage 2021, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken, shared with my son. ABV is 8.7%. Semi dry. Apple varieties are Aroma, Discovery and Dolgo. Golden colour, pours sparkling with a moderate white head that lasts a while. Nice aroma and flavour of apples and apple skin.

Solsletta 141222. Golden color with some white bubbles.Aroma is apple, grass, alcohol. Flavor is apple, grass, alcohol, yeast, floral. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, sparkling, golden colored cider with some white bubbles on top. The aroma is as expected apple driven, with both fresh apple juice and some apple jam, as well as a touch of fermenting apple juice. Some grass, pears and a touch of alcohol, as well as hints of butterscotch I hoped were just a brief whiff in the beginning but turned out to be hanging for quite some time. It's medium to full-bodied, with a light and pleasant warmth, nice carbonation and a light acidity. Quite balanced with sweetness though. Apple juice, alcohol, apple jam, canned pear, flower and grass hints, in the flavor, with a butterscotch or pie dough touch in the far back. Medium length finish. Not sure where the doughy butterscotch thing comes from, else it's a decent cider indeed. Guess it needs some kind of food to shine though. 221213

Overfilled bottle with almost no space for the cork. Nice fizzy mediumlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, apple cores, sweet apple juice, minerals, alcohol, bark, hay, grass, flowers, hints of butterscotch. Taste is sweet sour-ish fruity, apple juice, grass, minerals, alcohol, apple cores, flowers, bark, apple peel, hay, hints of butterscotch. Medium bitterness, sweet boozy mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Fair enough.
