Medium sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Full bodied, smooth slick texture, soft carbonation. Very tasty. Worthy milestone beer.

Efekt kaskadowy zachowany, bardzo ładny. W aromacie deserowa czekolada, śliwki, karmel, pumpernikiel, kawa, wiśnie - aromat nieco porterowy. W smaku bardzo gładkie, aksamitne. Gorzka czekolada, kawa, karmel, suszone śliwki. Bardzo pełne, okrągłe. Wyraźnie zaznaczona goryczka, dobrze kontruje słodycz. Finisz nieco alkoholowy. Bardzo niskie wysycenie. Świetny RIS, w aromacie nieco porterowy w smaku za to tak jak trzeba, z pięknie zaznaczoną kaskadą.

bottle from beerbay online shop in spain. bbf 2022-02-12 tasted 2020-9-17 pitch dark, smooth brown head. aroma is roasted malts, faint figs or other dark dried fruits, faint alc sting. flavor is roasted malts, dark dried fruits, malty and woody bitterness towards the end. a solid imp. stout with some dark fruity notes like a quad on top of that, also reminds me of early attempts at coffee stout from mikkeller and amagar (moudly sweet coffee banana ish flavor notes). in any case, the overall flavor is just fine and the imperial stoutiness is for real in this one, it's quite heavy and fullbodied. Also basically quite dry not sweet, which i like. The sweetish note there is, might resemble the wheaty banana ish flavor normally found in hefeweizen?.
