Bright fresh lemon peel, tangerine, white wine, limes, white pepper and a hint of clove dominate the initial aroma while the body and flavour is airy, silky, fluffy, gently sweet and reassuringly citrus forward.Just before finishing we add fresh lemon zest to tank, electrifying the whole affair and transforming this Wit into something extremely special.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - golden and pretty clear just a light haze. White head. Nose - medicine and coriander seed. Perhaps some candied orange. Taste - yes, coriander seed and orange peel. Palate - surprisingly for the style, a lot of body here. Creamy texture, fresh finish. Overall - good.

Can in Broadstairs at the inlaws, from Beermerchants online, 03/06/22. Hazed orange with a good sized white head. Nose is orange zest, floral, mango puree, light herb, soft malts. Taste comprises orange zest, mango, light spice, soft malts, pineapple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy hop bitterness. Decent refreshing affair ... far from a traditional Wit ... veering more towards IPA/L.
