Bottle from Gabriel - Cheers!! 🍻🍻🤟🤟
Tight white head on a murky dull golden coloured body.
Malt, honey & biscuit aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth & soft with a sticky back.
Honey, spiced, malt, sugar & very tastes with a tangy finish.
Good stuff.

0,5 l swing top bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Red golden in the glass, little bit cloudy with a more than one finger white foamy head. Caramel, malt and apple on the nose. Taste has also caramel and malt, some hop in the second row, less but present fruity. Low carbonated. Not bad.

500ml swing-top bottle with red wax seal, kindly donated by Kolschtrinker. Drunk on Christmas Eve watching La Belle et le Bete. Pours a deep gold, large white head. Pleasant sweet malt on the nose. Taste bears an appealing sweetness, lightly buttery, clean with a modest bitterness. Delicious, moreish low-bitterness pils.

Buegelverschlußflasche: Deep golden, hazy, medium-sized loose head, quickly collapsing; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter pale malty nose with slight toasty spots and a delicate herbal-hoppy background;moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, low carbonation; lingering and slightly drier malty and rural-hoppy finish. A good beer, that is pretty similar to certain rural franconian brews, just three times more expensive...

0.5 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before January 2017. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy aroma of caramel, honey and straw. Sweetish, slightly malty taste of caramel, honey, straw and hints of nuts, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
