Tap@100 Olle Koht, Tallinn (07/08/2019) - light hazed golden pour with a white head. Medium sweet fruity with some notes of grapefruit and lemon, straw, light grassy, sweet malts, medium to light body, hoppy and drying into the close.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a small, rough, white head. Spicy hop aroma, not really citrusy or tropical. Medium body, fruity, dry but not super dry with a bitter finish. 210519

Bottle. Golden color, blurred, white foam. Aroma: fruity, citrus, a little aspirin. Taste: dry, aspirin and pharmacy, hay, specific.

33cl bottle at Skálmöld concert at Tapper, Tallinn. Straight from the bottle. Fruity, hoppy and slightly herbal with mild malty notes. Moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and bitterness. Quite okay.

330ml bottle, SIP, Tallinn. Pours creamy yellow, some white foam on the top. Nose has light spice, yeast and apples, some green hops too. Dry. Tastes also yeasty-spicy, light-medium bitterness, quite dry overall. Pretty decent for the Brut IPA style, not too fruity, good hops and pretty dry. Decent.

Bottle, batch 332, BB 29.10.2019. Pours golden. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, sweet, bit stanky, lactose maybe. Flavor is sweet, sour, bitter, fruits, oats, citrus, stankyness. Overall: tastes way too sweet for brut and still has the stankiness of brut ipa... fresh hops help some of it, but I have still no idea why anyone would ever think that brut IPA is a good idea...
