She is amber in colour and has those typical characteristics of Lambic: woody with a strong funky nose of Brettanomyces, with quince and fallen apples. This is followed by white flowers, old kirsch and persimmon, and even a hint of curry leaves. A very winey character, as it should be! All of this blends perfectly with the classic aromas of tripels, like pears and bananas. Her strong alcohol percentage enhances her vinous qualities and gives a certain roundness to a finale that is quite dry and almost mineral.
Intoxicating and complex, but refreshing and drinkable!

Bottle from Pangaea Bottle Shop. Foam oozed from the bottle. Pours translucent gold with a decent white head. Aroma of Brett and apples/pears. A bit sourish. Med body. Dry. Lightly sourish. Brettish. Dried apples. Hints of yeast/spice. Quite nice.

Dark golden body, with a big, creamy head. Beautiful aroma of citrus, dough, moderate barnyard, lemon candy, some stone fruits, some piney hops. Tastes similar. Creamy mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes dry, medium bitter, citric, moderate funky, yeasty, with some lingering piney hops. Beatiful stuff! Perfect balance between the typical Cantillon notes and a De la Senne Saison, with the typical, clean, piney hops. Drinks extremely easy and smooth for the ABV. Score: 9 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 17

0,33l bottle at home. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells saisonish, earthy, grassy. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, earthy, herbal, peppery, bit soapy. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grassy, earthy and peppery notes. Nice one, a tad on the heavy side

Meagre white head over fully hazy orange-yellow beer. Lambic-y nose, half-dry apples, horseradish, horseblanket, meadow herbs & flowers. Bit cidery. Dry-herbal taste. There is lambic, but really subdued. Again dried (sour) apples, cider, chalk. Medium bodied, quite well-carbonated, slick if not oily. Long lasting flavours. Nice! Love to find a mixed beer where the lambic does not dominate the flavourprofile.

Clear golden pour with good head and lacing. Light bitter finish. Pretty decent stuff. Some grapefruit. Light tartness in the finish as well. Nice. Tap at Snally.
