Clean fermentation? A dry, approachable finish? A bunch of kettle hop additions? A variety of new and progressive hop products? Experimental hop varietals? ALL OF THAT! We teamed up with our friends at Cloudburst Brewing in Seattle to brew up this Double Dry Hopped West Coast IPA that is all of that, and then some. The ‘all of that’ being our entire arsenal of delicious Mosaic hop products including T-90, Cryo and Incognito. The “and then some” is an exciting blend of some of the newest hops in the game - Talus, Luminosa and YQH 1320. A clean fermentation and a simple malt bill allow a kaleidoscope of intriguing hop flavors to expand across your palate. Snow peach, nectarine, lemon-lime, and tangerine spin around a core of blueberry, mango and papaya. A surprising pattern of herbal, floral, dank goodness feathers around the edges.

2/IV/23 - 1Pt. can as a gift, shared @ ElManana’s place, BB: n/a, canned: II/7/23 “and a bag of hops” (2023-290) Thanks to Akke for the can!

Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy yellowish head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely, juicy, tropical fruits, mango, papaya, cheesy touch, a bit dank. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter start, tropical fruits, dank hops, grassy, mango, more hops, nice! Aftertaste: fruity, bitter, a bit resinous, some citrus notes, good but not great.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated February 07, 2023. Aroma is somewhat hop forward with tropical citrus, grapefruit, passion fruit and dank, oily, pine resin. Light cracker malt notes and light alcohol notes. Pours a moderately hazy, somewhat dull, gold color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness with light alcohol notes. Moderately strong hop notes of grapefruit and tropical citrus with lighter notes of passion fruit, stone fruit and some dank, oily resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid West Coast IPA. Nice hop notes and bitterness with the hops being more pronounced in the flavor than the aroma. Good malt notes with light alcohol notes.
