Golden colour with fluffy head that recedes quickly. Aroma and flavour have initial lime citrus peel note. There's a light funkiness too. Essentially it's a heavily hopped Saison. It works well. Intensely flavoured and easy to drink.

Bottle. Pale amber with a good inch of white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of crackery dough, grapefruit, cloves, pepper, lime cordial, lemongrass. Cleanish with some phenolic notes as well as citrusy hops. Decisive bitterness.

Bottle 0.75l at Ardes Residence, Helsinki. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, Belgian yeast, malts... fresh and tasty.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, thanks VastActiv, at Arde, 20221021) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, floralness and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with rather high carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, floralness, grass. ripe fruits, spiciness, Belgian style yeast, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, spicy and bitter. A pleasant fruity brew with clear hop notes.

Bottle from Etre Gourmet webshop. Color: Hazy golden, large frothy white head. Aroma: Saison yeast, spicy, hoppy, lemon. Taste: Hoppy and malty at the same time, spicy and yeasty notes, some lime and peppery. Grassy, fruity hints of apricot, funky hints. Long lasting dry-ish spicy Saison finish. Light sour and sweet, moderate bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Typical Fantôme. Enjoyable.
