0,75 flaske fra Helgø Meny Hundvåg, delt med Jens, Jeanette og The Supreme Commander: klar lys gylden med fint bruseskum. Lett perlende munnfølelse, liflig aroma og lekker smak av saftige epler pikant akkompagnert av hylleblomst, granskudd og et streif av einerbær. Frisk, intens saftighet uten å bli for søt. Den gjorde stor suksess som aperitiff til min indiske lammegryte og er vel et av de desidert beste alkoholfrie alternativer jeg har smakt.

750 ml clear bottle, mail order from Smak i Lom. Fermentation stopped before any significant amount of alcohol is formed, "alkoholfri" means that ABV must be less than 0.7%. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a moderate white head that lasts a while. Aroma of apples and apple skin, sprucetips, juniper berries and elderflowers. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements, refreshing. Might buy again.

YG 241023. Golden color with white bubbles. Aroma is apples, elderflower, juniper. Flavor is apples, pine, juniper, elderflower, citrus, spices, suger. Refreshing.

Small bubbly mediumlasting head, clear light orangy color. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, pine needles, apple juice, grass, soda powder, herbs, flowers, mint leafs, apple cores. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple juice, citrus, pine needles, herbs, soda powder, mint leafs, apple candy. Fresh fruity mouthfeel. Nice and refreshing.

Bottle, 75cl. A lightly hazy golden colored drink with some bubbles on top. Lightly sparkling. Herbal, fruity and lightly citrusy aroma with apple in the back. Sort of piney and spiced too. Hints of tobacco. Feels quite sugary as well. It's medium bodied and softly carbonated, quite sweet, but not cloying. Interesting flowery, herbal and piney flavor with a good apple flavor and apple juice sweetness. Medium length finish. Sure a nice drink, although a bit sweet. Will be interesting to see how the non-flavored non-alcoholic works. 231024
