Aromas are taffy, dark malt, cinnamon and a hint of roast. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, with an odd mix of qualities that don't really work. It is drinkable but just barely.

16 ounce can. Dark reddish brown color. Large frothy tan head. Aroma of baked bread and sweet cinnamon. Smells like a Cinnabon! Flavor is sweet caramel , vanilla icing, sweet cinnamon. Tastes like a Cinnabon!! Sticky mouthfeel, of course. Quite unique. Overly sweet for a brown ale. Worth trying, if you love cinnamon (buns). Probably pairs well with a coffee Porter (just saying).

16oz can pours out crisp clean amber cola color topped with a tan head. Nose is big sweet cinnamon bun. Taste is more of the nice sweet cinnamon bun kick.

Butter, cinnamon, dough nose. Ruby brown, thin yellow head. Cherry cough syrup, cinnamon. Full body, easy carbonation. A bit too sweet for my liking.

16 oz. can from the Mansion. Pours a clear dark ruby red color with a large tan head and great retention. Minor spots of lacing. Sweet cinnamon aroma. The flavor is alcohol-forward with a sticky sweet cinnamon finish. Not really any brown ale flavor. Not really any beer flavor either. A bit too medicinal. Medium body. Sticky mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Not bitter. Cinnamon boozefest.

Draft/Fest. A- Cinnamon rolls. A- Dark copper color, clear liquid, beige head. T- Cinnamon rolls, vanilla icing. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A bit sweet but tastes like liquid cinnamon buns. Pretty amazing the flavor profile duplicated here. I don't even like cinnamon rolls, but this hits it on the head.
