An IPA named after our approach to making beer! Don't Hold Back features a hop combination of Mosaic and Citra, so expect plenty of mango, grapefruit and pine notes. It's brewed in our favourite fashion, with saturated fruity flavours and aromas, a soft body and a resinous bitterness that freshens up the palate.

Rocky white head on a hazy pale golden coloured body. Mango, citrus & melon aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with a sharper clean back. Melon, earthy, grapefruit, pine & zesty citrus tastes with a tangy hopped up finish. Good one!

440ml can ordered online as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Light yellow/golden, pretty hazy, with a small short-lived white head. Lots of melon and white grapefruit on the fruit-centric nose. Sweet taste, very juicy so no big surprises here, lots of sugared honeydew and pineapple. Moderate bitterness in the edges toward the finish. Medium body with soft carbonation. Very nice, maybe not one of my favourites but Siren really spoil us!

Fruity and vaguely New England like but it’s on the right side of it. Bit of mango, grapefruit, touch of twigginess.

Can. Morrison’s. One of a few new appearances in there. Over chilled this, like the knob I am. Hazed medium gold. Slim white froth (my fault). Nicely ripe citrus and some stone fruit here. Semi sweet up front with good pithy zesty bitterness. Easy drinking supermarket pow wow.
