A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light cinnamon, dark fruits, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, alcohol warmth, light cinnamon, light powdery character, very nice. On tap at at l'autre oeil.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Sweet dark chocolate aroma with roasted malt, thick chocolate cake, cacao nibs, notes of wood and soft vanilla, mild fudge. Flavour is sweet with a fairly firm roasty bitterness. Full body. Loads of chocolate, lovely bittersweet Chocolate Stout.

Аромат очень шоколадный, много какао бобов, есть намеки на ваниль, но сладости мало, зерная кофе, схожесть с несквиком, есть корица. Легкие пряности. Цвет ченрый, немного маслянистое тело. Во вкусе уже больше какао чем шоколада, хотя и его тонна. Сладости уже немного больше. Больше ванили при глотке. Долгое финиш с какао бобами и коринец, немного терпкости от темного шоколада.

Аромат сладкий и немного пресный, чутка сладкого шоколада, нотка ванили, какао и древесности. Пена классная, густая, кофейная, мелкопузырчатая. Цвет не черный а сильно темно-коричневый. На вкус среднее тело, сразу немного алкоголя, изюм, древесность, затем кислинка при глотке. Послевкусие умеренно сладкое, ваниль, нотки шоколада и какао. Имеется весьма сильная горчинка от хмеля, древесная тоже, легкие нотки сливы и вина в общем. Сильно но приятно обжигает горло.

From tap at Beerlovers, Antwerpen. Aroma is spicy chocolate cake with cocoa, caramel, cinnamon. Notes of lactose, cocoa, vanilla. Medium sweet, moderate bitter flavour. Medium to full body. Very nice.

Cremiger, voluminös schokoladiger Beginn, der schnell Aromen von Süßholz aufweist. Kakao, geringe Karbonisierung, erhöhte Viskosität. Dunkle Beeren, holzig, zunehmend holzig. Vollmundig, weiter Kakao, langer Nachhall. Gut. 10/12/10/12/9/11

On tap at SP Cellar. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong chocolate, spice, toffee, booze. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, nice sweetness, very good.

Can 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with an orange hue and a tiny, rough, brownish head. Sweet vanilla and what seems like coconut, but probably rather is the amburana - very complex. Rich, sweet, chocolatey flavor, again with vanilla coming through and a cake like sensation. I have not previously been an amburana fan, but here it works perfectly. Delicious. The finish reveals some lesser clean wooden accents. 140223
