Draught @ Beer Temple. Hazy deep brownish red color. Small sticky off white head. Aroma's: sweetish, cocoa powder. Retronasal: sweet malts, caramel, cocoa, cinnamon, some red fruit. Flavor is above moderate sweet with some bitterness. Medium to full bodied. Finish is quite dry, bitter. I quite liked is, although I had/have no idea what Amburana actually is.

On tap at Stone Berlin. Unclear dark orange to brown, off white head. Caramel, malty, bit spicy, some vanilla, some sweetness in the middle with lasting bitter finish. Not the easiest to drink. Medium+ bodied. Seemed like lots of mess at first, eventually got better. Still raw and unrefined.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy reddish golden beer with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of cinnamon, strong red malt, vanilla. Taste of amaretto, cinnamon, cocoa, some ginger, strong reddish malt, strange struff.

Danke an Erzengel. Süßlicher Geruch. Im Antrunk viel Vanille und vor allem Kokos, süffig, weich herb, intensiv. Dabei bleibt das Kokosaroma führend und gefällt mit seiner Authentizität, cremig, erkennbarer Alkohol. Nett. 10/11/11/11//11

Keg @ Vocation & Co, Hebden Bridge. Apparently only 3 kegs of this made it to the UK. Dark amber with a head. Sugars and spices combine for was a very coconut heavy tasting ale for me, with its ingredients combining for a very tasty beer and a general sweetness in its nose.

Many thanks to Thorsten for organising this 1l-bottle @ Stone Berlin. The beer starts malty with fresh spicy hints. Cinnamon there, nutmeg and vanilla probably as well. Malty caramelly with lots of spiced biscuits. Moderate bitter and quite dry in the aftertaste, woody biscuits, malty caramel, dry and smooth. Very nice and interesting!

Sampled draft @ TCBW 2018. I love Amburana & Amburana tastes great here but the base is weak and disappointing, waste of a good ingredient. Dark orange, amber, little white. Nose is lovely Amburana but rest is iron, weeds, thin, bark. Thin iron, plastic, iron with Amburana on top, thin cacao, base is weak.

Tap at TCBW 2018. Pours amber with beige head. Aroma is sweet, malts, booze, spices. Flavor follows the nose, but has also some bitterness. Overall: okish.
