Bottle 33cl. from Biermeisje @home poured into a tumbler. Misty pale golden colour, good white moussy head, slowly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma light sourish, grain, grassy hops, farmyard, yeast. Taste medium sweet, bitter and sour, gooseberries, grain, hay, lemon peel, yeast, above light funk. Medium body, watery texture, vinous impression, soft carbonation, pleasant, good.

100ml Panda from Mat and Bieronomy. Drank at home on 5th March 2024. Wispy white head on a misty light golden body. Dirty farmyard feel to the aroma and taste, not full on 'horse blankets' but certainly rustic and yeasty with a grubby leaning, looking like dish water didn't help to be honest. It's semi-tart/sour too!

330ml bottle from Bieronomy. Pours a dull pale gold with a light mist, small white head. Lovely grisette, the filtering through hay perhaps lends a nice rustic character, with an impeccable balance. A simple beer but one which just shines exceptionally well. Very satisfying.
