750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma has a nice leathery funk, light citrus, and some gentle barnyard notes. Flavour has a nice barnyard funk character, subdued leather, citrus, and light hay. Nicely balanced, with a citric acidity on the finish. Very good.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy pale amber, small head. Funky horseblanket aroma. Tart with light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Spritzy and citric with horseblanket and barnyard. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle, one year after bottling. Pours golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is is tart nutty notes and hay, fruity brett with apples, citrus peel, stone fruits and farmhouse notes, as well as floral minerals and wooden barrels. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay, fruity brett with apples, grapes, citrus peel and farmhouse notes, as well as floral minerals and wooden barrels.

Sampled at Billies day 1. A bit hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma and flavor are medium to very sour, hard to drink the first sip but it gets better. Unripe fruit, yet balanced. Not bad at all. 7-7-7-8-7,5

Bottle, 2023 edition bottled 09.11.2023. Color: Lightly hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Some tartness, fruity gooseberry and some citrus, rural funk. Taste: Moderate tart, fruity gooseberry and citrus fruit, rural and horse blanket funk. Some hay and minerals. Herbal / floral hints. Well balanced. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice.
