Aroma: bold, horse blanket.
Taste: along the same lines, a bit bready and acidic.
Overall: decent one.

Poured from 750mL bottle (lot 24/25-04; bottle date 01/11/24; 01/11/44). Hazy gold with small white head. Mild funk and acidity, decent.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Disig honungsfärgad vätska med medelhögt fluffigt skum. En funkig gueuze med ganska snäll syra men mycket karaktär. Citrus, omogna nektariner, strå, stall, fuktig hästfilt och väldigt harmonisk. Mycket gott

(Vintage 2024) The color is brown-orange and cloudy. The head is medium. Aroma of an old cellar with hints of vanilla, sour berries and tart apples. Sour taste of tart apples tart, iron, grapefruit and gooseberries. Well made.

CBH2025. Goldeny orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is tart wood, some mild spiciness, funk and a bit earthy and herbal tones. Flavour is quite similar with a slight acidic edge to it. Still nicely bodied and somewhat dry palate.

750mL bottle at Boernerf. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Oak and dusty wood on the nose. Flavour has oak, barrels, a bit buggy, slightly tart. Good.

Clear golden with a white head. Funk, but mild. Barnyard, sour fruit, acidic, and green apple skin. Medium bodied. Dry finish. Real nice and not overly tart.

A slightly hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sour peach, apples, funk. Taste of sour grapes, apple skin, barnyard, long dry sour finish.
