Draught @ Biere a Lille 2025. Delicate subtle wild nuances.. could be the cold that's suffocating my senses somewhat 🥶 but some pleasant Chardonnay barrel merged on the finish. Mild sour shades.

A slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of tart grapes, apples, funk. Taste of sour dry apples, white grapes and funk.

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 02/23. yellow clear color, small white head. smells toffee, grassy, earthy, peppery. Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, citric, herbal, peppery. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of with notes of citrus, grass and earthy notes. Very nice one, easy, yet great to drink
