THIS WILD BEER HAS AGED FOR MORE THAN A YEAR IN BARRELS WITH OUR GANG OF WILD YEASTS AND BACTERIAS. WE THEN ENRICHED IT WITH FRESH & DRIED APRICOTS FOR MAXIMUM INTENSITY.

Little cloudy amber orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very nice, very fruity, lots of apricots, acidic impression, acetone, sourish, very funky, vinegar touch. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: oh my, super juicy, super fruity, very intense apricots and peaches flavour, very sourish, a little bitter, wood, tannins. Aftertaste: very juicy, fruity, some vinegar, acidic, lemon juice, lots of apricots, lovely beer! Really like it!

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange amber, off-white head. Aroma: Sweet and tart at the same time. Notes f Bourbon, leathery Brett and apricots. Taste: Over moderate to medium tart, moderate sweet, notes of Bourbon, sour apricots, some vanilla and wood. Hints of leathery Brett. Just over medium body, just below average carbonation. Lightly warming mouthfeel. Nice combination. A bit rough on the edges though.
