Tap at Bungalow T. Grassy, citrus nose, nice pilsner-like malt, some biscuit, honey. Good yeastiness. Yeasty, rich malt flavor, biscuity, a bit sweet with stone fruit, esters, spicy. Nice but a bit too heavy.

Very cloudy golden color. Modest hops and funk in the nose, very dry palate, but overall not super distinguishable.

Bottle, mail order from the brewery. Opened it as soon as I got it, so as fresh as it can be. Pours pale yellow straw, tried to pour vigorously but was not able to squeeze out almost any head. Nose displays Belgian farmhouse yeast spices, yeasty esters bringing out some fruity notes, also some fresh green character. Beer itself is medium bodied, feels sweeter and fruitier than I would have expected. Bitterness is quite subdued, somewhat creamy and tannin based - which actually goes really well with the overall character of this beer, not too bitter but just fragrant and eloquently balanced. Dry grassy finish. Good stuff.
