A bit disappointing. Strong but nothing special, too sweet. Too old everything good has died. Moeder lambic Brussels

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a deep dark mahogany, tiny beige head. Aroma is full of balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, and a touch of barrel. Flavour is pure acetic acid, with balsamic and Worcestershire sauce… there's not much redeeming quality to this. Super acetic, with little depth. Not impressed.

Cherry, toffee malt, hay, and orange peel aroma. Brown with small head. Mildly sweet cherry, toffee malt, moderately sour citric acid, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body.

brown colour, moderate sized beige head, which disappears quite quickly; aroma of sour cherry juice woody, some acetone, and red wine notes; taste has the same notes with more intensive acetone, some tannins and minimal dark chocolate; great one

Lovely as always. Balsamic vinegar, sweet and sour acidity that is punch and intense at first and then mellows out over time, slowly revealing warm notes of wood, vanilla and spices.
