Sentori Olfattivi: Aroma dominato dal caffèllatte la cenere e orzo tostato, la liquirizia e la cioccolata giungono in rapida successione.
Corpo e Gusto: Al palato è morbida. Il gusto è dominato dal caffè e dalla cioccolata amara. Troviamo note terrose e di liquirizia oltre che di cenere in secondo piano. L’amaro è bilanciato e mai astringente. La carbonazione media enfatizza il corpo e la sensazione palatale vellutata.
Abbinamenti Consigliati: Consigliamo di abbinare la nostra stout con ostriche e frutti di mare crudi oltre che carni affumicate al barbecue. I formaggi semi stagionati come Emmentaler, Gouda o la Provola affumicata rappresentano una scelta sempre valida così come i dolci a base di cioccolato fondente e/o caffè.

Cask, Ma Che, 5/2/24. Clear, very dark. Medium-sized, well-retained, light tan head. Fruity, chocolatey, oaty. Especially oaty. Clean, with moderate roast, light, fresh yeast and lingering hint of chocolatey ash. Fruity, soft, malty with a hint of sticky oomph and plentiful chocolate, graham cracker, cherry, vanilla and lingering fruity yeast. Nicely dry. Not too roasted. Clean, malty, fruity and balanced. In excellent shape!

lattina 44 cl, schiuma fine color cappuccino media persistenza, colore marrone/nero, al naso caffè cacao liquirizia tabacco cenere, in bocca malto tostato caffè cioccolato al latte liquirizia e tabacco, corpo medio leggero, watery, carbonazione medio/leggera, leggero acidula, salatina, dolce con amaro moderato. Tap @Luppolo Station in Rome - Italy. Black in color with a minimal foam. Nose: espresso, a bit piney. Mouth: low carbonation, filtered coffee with a milky note. Decently bitter

Can in Rome. Black with a tan head. Aroma of toasted chocolate. Flavour is dry milk chocolate, coffee malt, dark berries on a watery coffee finish.

On tap at Tap Milano. Black with off white head. Coffee, chocolate, tad watery, bitterish, just tad sour. Medium bodied. Easy drinkable.
