75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Mistig diepgouden kleur, stevige witte kraag. Citroenschil, grapefruitschil, licht bloemig, licht moutig, grapefruit komt wat sterker terug in de smaak, droog, licht zoetje van de citroenschil, fors bitter. Medium body. Lekker.

75cl bottle (bottled: Jul 2022) from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: big, white, creamy with good retention. C: orange gold, hazy. A: grapefruits peels, orange peels, bit lime, spicy, bit passion fruits. T: medium to full malty base, orange, grapefruits, less citrus compared to aroma, herbal hoppy, nice balance long lasting bitterness, bready touch, low to medium carbonation, good as I expected, fully enjoyed.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange, white head. Aroma: Orange with lemon and grapefruit notes. Taste: Yeasty, spicy, some hop, nicely combined with (not too strong) fruity orange, grapefruit en some lemon. Zesty and quite bitter, dry finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Quite smooth mouthfeel. Medium bitterness, light sweet and slightly tart. Based on the label I expected lots and lots of citrus zest, but actually it is quite subtle. Fantôme Saison with extra fruity notes. Another very nice Fantôme.
