Infectée, imbuvable effet un peu vieux vinaigre, aucune effervescence, ananas pourri. Après contact avec la brasserie, il se pourrait que cela soit dû à une mauvaise capsule.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Nicolas wine shop. Pours mostly cleAr gold with a frothing, white topping. Lightly sweet with some citrus peel, plasticy hops, grass. Light bodied with active carbonation. Bitter finish, more plastic grass, citrus peel, background crunchy pale malts. So so stuff.

hazy pale yellow colour, huge, dense, though not too stable white head; aroma of orange, orange peel, grapefruit, unripe grape, peach, slight pear and some lemony-lemon zesty notes; taste ha the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with definite hoppiness and intensive carbonation; really refreshing one

75cl bottle from Nicolas Nice Jean Médecin wine shop in Nice, France. Head is big, white, average retention. Colour is pale gold, light hazy. Aroma is bit better than taste, nice fruity, orange, grapefruit, tropical fruits, pineapple, bit onion effect. Taste is light malty base, tangerine, orange, tropical fruits, pineapple, dry on the palate, easy drinkable, nice balanced harmonic bitterness, good for the style enjoyed.

Bière 75 cl. J'aime bien cette brasserie et leurs étiquettes. Quoi qu'il en soit, c'est un peu faiblard, manque de caractère pour moi tout en restant très sympa. Je n'ai pas bien compris les initiales sur l'étiquette, DDH pour double hopping? Quoiqu'il en soit elle pourrait être plus houblonnée (M).
