Clurichaun's Mischief was originally crafted as a special small batch stout for Irish Fest 2022 at Twelve Percent Beer Project. We scaled it up to a proper size and what did not make it into barrels was rested on Coffee, Cacao nibs, vanilla, and Irish Cream Flavor (Dairy Free). Keep a close watch on your vintage beer or wine collection, you never know when the Clurichaun’s mischief will lead him down into your cellar.

Can, from Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan (Apr 2024). Pours opaque dark brown with a creamy tan head, faint coffee aroma, low carbonation, sweetish mocha taste that turns bitter later, maple juice, banana flavor, thin body, long bitter finish. Very tasty!

Can from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark brn/blk with a very dark creamy tan head that fizzed away. Aroma is heavy with chocolate and coffee. Full bodied. Heat appears quickly. It's quite malty. Bitter from burnt malt and heat. Flavor is burnt malt, chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Tasty and heavy-duty ale.

16 oz. can. Black, with a dense, startlingly dark, foamy head. The aroma is butter toffee, dark chocolate, pecan, vanilla, and whiskey. Cloyingly sweet, with a light, earthy bitterness. Very heavy body, chewy, and thick. Decadent, complex, and focused. Very nice.

16 oz can. Aroma is Irish cream and chocolate. Flavor follows the the addition of some vanilla. Some coffee bitterness in the finish. Shows some mild warming and booze after the sip. I could have let this age a bit before opening.
