A regular beer, not that brut in my point of view. Drinking it yesterday, at home after to come back from Malley with my daughter. The alcohol is hidden, this one is really smooth, yeasty, bready, a bit fruity, note of apricot, some bitterness. 10.05.2023

hazy orange colour, medium sized dense, yellowish ecru-ish head; aroma of grape, grape peel, earthy-wine cellary, yeasty, white winey, wet wheaty, fruity (peach) and slight alcoholic notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with some honey, hoppy bittery and spicy notes; good one

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before March 2022. Almost clear, deep orangeish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently vinous, moderately yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of white grapes, peach, vanilla and honey. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently vinous and a bit fruity taste of white grapes, vanilla, honey and some peach, followed by a short, slightly bitter, gently yeasty-spicy, quite dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant, very well-balanced Brut Ale, nicely vinous as well.
