Can from my local convenience store. Its rare I find a new rate there. Clear gold with very brief fizz. Sweet aroma of pear, apple pith. Taste does have a balance between pear and apple content with fleshy juice lacking in character although pleasant. Somewhat sugary although there is much worse out there. Semi-drying, medium bodied, lacking some smoothness for the strength, over carbonated. I half enjoyed it despite faults.

Can from Tesco, Reading. Clear very pale gold with an aggressive fizz. Light pear juice to the front, a little economy apple juice behind. Drying finish and horribly gassy. It's sub-par but drinkable.

Can from Asda Supermarket, Manchester. Peachy-golden with a light carbonation. The cider doesn't really know what it is, whilst it is drinkable it is neither flavoursome in pear or apple.

500ml can from Morrisons Darlington. Clear golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates and aroma of pear, apple, core, sulphur hint. Taste is sweet, pear, apple, fleshy, some skin and core, sugar, with alittle tart acidity. Medium bodied, high carbonation, drying sugary finish. OK
