Cloud Chamber is a DDH pale with a base of extra pale, dextrin, oats and caramel aromatic malts. A soft malt profile creates a perfect base for Citra, Talus and HBC 586 to shine together. Tropical fruit flavours are backed up by a melody of citrus and pink grapefruit characteristics for a super delicious beer.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, loose wheat, spicy citrus, lime, waxy notes, melon, nettle, some nz vibes. Palate is semi sweet, semi crisp, rounded carbonation.

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Lovely bright oiney peachy stone fruit snout. Palate is light and airy with good fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy light malts, a light creamy sweetness that works perfectly here. The hops follow the nose with that punchy and delightful peachy stone fruits vibe with lesser tropical fruits underneath. Crisp bright pine and a touch of hop spice. The fruits get almost candyish on the light finish. Fab, could drink a gallon of this.

Lovely drink and there's a lot going on in there but I can't quite pin down anything specific. Obviously need to drink more!
