Fra fat på The Blackfriars: klar gylden med kort skum. Forfriskende eplearoma og -smak uten store utfordringer. Leskende på dagens spasertur.

Keg at Arturo Lounge, Penrith. Golden colour, mild fizz. Apple juice, light pithy tannins. It's a little generic but does have a lot more real cider character than the other 5% keg ciders that have proliferated in recent years. Quite drinkable if a tad on the sweet side.

Draught at Ontanu Lounge, Northallerton. 5.2%. Golden colour, thin white foam head that retains and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, some skin, sulphury note and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite OK
