1/5/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, caramel, woody, vanilla, brown sugar, vinegar edge. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Sugary sweet finish. Enjoyable.

Sample thanks to Danlo. Cheers mate. Pours a misty yellow. Fresh fruity nose, moderately sweet perry pear fruit to taste, mild vanilla, gentle carbonation, good balanced acidity, perhaps more akin to a apple cider than an oily sweet perry. Pretty good.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Batch No. 9. For #rgpm. Slightly hazed pale yellow golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates and aroma of perry pear, vanilla & caramel hints. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, fruity, tart, funky, with caramel, vanilla notes, along with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
