500ml bottle from Chester Beer and Wine. 5%. Sparkling, clear golden colour, white foam head that retains and aroma of apple, core, skin, sulphur hint. Taste is sweet & sharp, tart, apple, fleshy fruity, apple core & skin, sugary, with some zingy citric acidity. Medium bodied, high carbonation, tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Chester Beer & Wine. Pours a generally clear pale gold. Bittersharp foraged apple feel with a confident tanginess in place of carbonation, lightly sour. Ok natural cider.
