A DDH West Coast pale with a full body from lots of dextrin, vienna and caramalt combining with extra pale malt. Chinook is used in the whirlpool with Citra, Chinook and Centennial in the dry hop for a great classic hop combo giving us some lovely citrus and piney flavours.
