Pamatujete si naši loňskou Zimu? Uvedli jsme ji jen v limitovaném množství se špetkou ancho chilli, ale většinu várky jsme ukryli do čerstvých sudů po koňaku, ať tam dozraje. Po dlouhém odpočinku se vrací větší, silnější a intenzivnější. Sušené švestky a karamel původního anglického barleywine teď doplnily v aroma sušené rozinky, fíkový džem, dřevitá vanilka a jemné taniny. Ty ideálně vyvažují vyšší zbytkový cukr a hutnější tělo, které dodávají impozantní plnost a přechází do příjemně hřejivého závěru. Ideální pivo ke krbu.

Bottled 375ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Dark amber coloured, minimal off-white head, dried fruits and caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, dried fruits, caramel, alcohol and notes of raisins. Sweet and moderate stringa alcohol in the finish.

Bottle at u kunstatu. Pours murky orange brown, nose is caramel, apple, toffee, wood, taste is similar, sweet, juicy, fruity.

Bottle 0.375l. Cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- barrel aged character, cognac, strawberry, plum, berries, Hašlerky candies, raisins. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, slightly bitter, cherry, grapes, strawberries, plums, jam. Full, syrupy body. Wow, great again!

0.375l bottle, thy Michal! Brownish red-amber body, not much head. Dry raisiny aroma, sticky maltiness. Humm. Creamy taste, raisins, caramel fruit candy, quite sweet, well hidden alcohol to a point, ends quite warming. Tasty, not my type.
