Bottle (thanks CH-303). Pours dark amber-copper. Aroma is smoke, raisins, bacon, malt, caramel, salt. Flavor is sweet and bitter, raisins, fruits, smoke, bacon, malt. Carbonation is quite high, body is on the thinner side. Finish is dry and sweet. Overall: very good, love the Bamberg smoke, bit more body and less carbo, and this would be 4+ beer.

Can from trade with CH-303, many thanks. Dark amber color with small white head. Aroma of caramel, smoked malt. Taste, malt, smoke, some fruits. Light smoked beer, refreshing.

Bottle at a tasting. Quite balanced, tasty and very easy drinking. High carbonation, moderate body. Caramelly nutty fruity maltiness, very light complementary smokiness, only background hops bitterness and character.

Many thanks for this beer to CH-303. Piwo ma ladny wyglad spora kremowa i trwala piana, barwa ciemno miedziana sporo metnosci slodowy posmak przypalonych tostow, nieco wedzonej szynki i sporo powidel sliwkowych. Piwo przypominalo mi nieco Rauchbier z Bamberga ale zbyt intensywnie bylo slodowe, a wiecej tej wedzonej nuty bym wolal. Thanks for this smoked beer Asbjorn.

Cloudy copper, fluffy offwhite head. Malty aroma with discrete whiff of smoke. Lively, fluffy mouthfeel. Flavour has fruity malt and late, lingering meaty smoke.

Bottle, 5.5%. Citric and smokey aroma. Hazy deep red brown colour. Big stable rocky light brown head. (Too) high carbonation. The flavour is quite malty, but not sweet. Has a citric note in the finish. Good smokey notes, a little salami to it, also a bit of campfire.

Bottle, trade with CH-303, opened @ The Unholy Trinity Meets Again, Sønderborg. Pours hazy dark copper brown with airy off-white head. Cleara roma of smoke and roast, with notes of malt and hops and touches of yeast. Bitetr and smoky flavour, with sweetish notes of caramel malt and touches of fruit, Hints of yeast. Lingering, smoky and estery aftertaste. Well-balanced and enjoyable. Decent. Thank you, Asbjørn.

Pours a dark ruby/light brown color, topped with lots of tan colored head. Lots of carbonation. Quite strong smokey aroma, a bit malty as well. Taste is woody and smokey, a bit too much of that to be completely enjoyable. It’s not bad, but there are lots of better smoked ones.

Lovely hazy amber body with a big tan head. Nice lacing. Mild smoked aroma with some rich fruity notes. Slightly sweet and a moderate bitterness, Rich carbonation and a bit oily texture. Pleasant mild smoked, flavor with some malty and fruity notes. The main problem with this brew was the rich carbonation.

Many thanks to CH-303 for this bottle. Way too much carbonation. The beer starts malty-dry with a nice smooth smoked background. Dry caramel, roasted hazelnuts and smooth roasted flavours. The aftertaste is medium, nice roasted-malty, not too much smoke, very dry and nice bittered. Great stuff (but less carbonation and gushing would be appreciated).
