Bottle split at L42 thanks to Danny Boyo, 26/07/17. Raspberry red pour with a well appointed beige to crimson cap. Nose is berry fruit tang, raspberries, straw, light spice. Taste comprises earthy berry fruits, very modest acidic bulges, damp hay, light hedgerow, raspberry pips, jammy berry licks. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok approachable sour but lacks .... sour !

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to the Osprey. Pours deep, blood red with a creamy, light pink head. The nose holds ripe and tangy berries, some fruitcake. Light sweet flavour with more rich berries, cherry, raspberry cake, mild acetic twang, a little salt. Medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Finishes with decent dryness, some woody notes, leathery berries, quenching acidity. Great stuff overall.

Bottle picked up from Beer Revolution, Hay on Wye, Powys, consumed at home Thursday 20th July 2017 whilst making Tandoori Chicken Dark dried blood red colour, wow this is a great sour fruity very authenticity tasting Belgian sour. Not sure if itโ€™s aged in wood or whether I am just imagining it, zappy around the gums, some sharp bitter cherries, really tart, tangy and then dry. Fabulous. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov17 4.1
